How do I place an order?

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark,, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping Zones:

 

Zone 1: €5

Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Zone 2: €10

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

 

Zone 3: €15

Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Portugal.

How long is the estimated time of delivery?

Please allow 1-4 working days for European orders.

 

Depending on your region the estimated time of delivery can take up to a maximum of 10 working days.

I didn’t get a confirmation mail, what should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase then contact us at: support@beboldlabel.com. Please check your spam folder first.

Can I return my order?

BEBOLD Label offers a return service. Return the products in original condition within 14 days.  You have the right to open the box, however the product needs to be returned unused including all original packaging, price labels etc. BEBOLD Label is not responsible for shipping costs, duties and taxes. Costs need to be paid by the sender, unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.

 

If you return an order, please fill in and enclose the return form. Additionally, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

 

You can ask for a refund or a replacement model. All refunds of the products will be issued within 14 days via the payment method used for purchasing the product.

 

Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
