DELIVERY:

All of our orders have a tracking number so they can be traced. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order please contact us at: support@beboldlabel.com

 

We ship to the following locations:

 

Zone 1: €5

Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Zone 2: €10

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

 

Zone 3: €15

Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Portugal.

 

Delivery time: Please allow 1-4 working days for European orders.

 

Depending on your region the estimated time of delivery can take up to a maximum of 10 working days.

 

BEBOLD Label is not responsible for local or country based taxes and customs duties. These charges are paid by the customer if needed. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.

 

RETURNS:

 

BEBOLD Label offers a return service. Return the products in original condition within 14 days. You have the right to open the box, however the product needs to be returned unused including all original packaging, price labels etc. BEBOLD Label is not responsible for shipping costs, duties and taxes. Costs need to be paid by the sender, unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.

 

If you return an order, please fill in and enclose the return form. Additionally, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

 

You can ask for a refund or a replacement model. All refunds of the products will be issued within 14 days via the payment method used for purchasing the product.

 

Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
